In 1902, a few decades before Austria joined the Third Reich, German scholar Paul Langhans published an estimate of the size of the German people, coming up with a figure of almost 90 million worldwide, of whom 76 million in Europe. Even if one might argue with Langhans’ decision to consider the Dutch and Flemish as Germans (on the basis of the close similarity between Dutch and German), it could not be denied that around 1900 after the Russians (over 100 million), the “Germans” constituted the second most numerous European people. Certainly, the Germans were more numerous than the French (over 40 million), and the Italians (almost 40 million).
Although there were great differences between Bavarians and Berliners and between Austrians and Swiss, they all spoke German and could communicate with most other Germans. Linguistically, the Germans were indeed one people. There were religious differences between the mostly Roman Catholic South and the Lutheran, Calvinist and Zwinglian regions in the North and elsewhere, but nevertheless 98% of Germans were Christian and shared fundamental norms and values. There could be no doubt that, although the European Germans were spread over several states (German Empire, Austria-Hungary, Russian Empire, Switzerland and Luxembourg), they formed one great people, even if the six million or so Dutch and Flemish were left out. A map in Meyer’s Konversationslexikon even considers Bohemians (Czechs) and the inhabitants of the Peninsula of Istria as Germans.
When Hitler managed to bring most of those “border Germans” (except the Dutch and Flemish) into one political framework, the Third Reich, he turned an ideal rooted in history into a tangible reality. With himself as leader, he had created a single nation (Reich) for most of the German people.
What a stark contrast with the Germany of today! Its population is about 85 million, comprising the majority of an estimated 100 million native German speakers in Europe. Most of these other native German speakers are to be found in Austria, Switzerland and Northern Italy. Outside of Europe, there are notably some three million native German speakers in Southern Brazil.
Although most people living in Germany are native Germans, with at least one German parent, there are over 11 million non-Germans. One in four people in Germany has what is euphemistically called an “immigration background,” which usually means they come from somewhere in the Third World. There have always been sizable numbers of non-German minorities in Germany (Poles, Italians, Jews), they usually had European roots and at least a shared set of values. Never have there been so many non-Germans as today. What’s more, many of those newcomers hail from places that have nothing in common with German culture or history. Many, such as Afghan and Syrian Muslims and black Africans do not really feel at home in Germany. Today’s ethnic makeup of the German population is quite different from what it was a century or even half a century ago. Out of the 85 million, perhaps only half would have been considered Germans in 1902. Today it is not even a requirement for an adult German citizen to speak German correctly. Today, a woman wearing a headscarf and only able to utter monosyllables may be considered more German than a valiant Wehrmacht soldier fighting for his country in 1944.
It comes as no surprise that since 2000, already over four million native Germans have left Germany. Each year, more than a quarter million Germans are leaving the country because they no longer feel at home or safe.
It was Chancellor Angela Merkel who set the doors wide open for anyone from the Middle East, Central Asia or Africa wishing to come to Germany. Mrs. Merkel urged her fellow Germans to give all those newcomers a warm welcome. The immigrants, mostly qualified as “asylum seekers,” believed that Germany was a land of milk and honey, and have helped to turn Germany into another cultural desert subjected to DEI imperatives. Germany has become interchangeable with many other places in Europe. The indigenous population has become duly anglicized (over 50% speakers of English as a second language), stammering the language of the Empire with its own distinctive accent.
In 1938, the German economy was the second in the world, after that of the US. It was the peak moment of German power, only to be destroyed by the forces of Globalism represented by the USSR and the Anglosphere. In 1949 the economy of West-Germany (with 50 million inhabitants) was number 6 in the world, after the US, the USSR, the UK, France and India. After reaching fourth (1980) and third positions (1990), today Germany is back in sixth place like in 1949. With the news on the collapse of the German economy seeping out, it won’t be too long before Germany will drop even further in the rankings.
Today, there is no people and no nation the Germans can be proud of. Nor is there a capable leader the people can really entrust with guiding their nation through the current storms. In their day, Bismarck and Hitler were true leaders, entirely devoted to make Germany great again and to keep it great. If they failed, it was not for a lack of commitment and dedication.
After the Stunde Null (Hour Zero) in 1945 there were some surprisingly capable postwar leaders in the two Germanies (1949-1991), namely Konrad Adenauer, Helmut Schmidt and Helmut Kohl in the West, and Walter Ulbricht in the East. Despite the limitations imposed by the imperial overlords in Washington DC and Moscow, they did what they could to further the interests of their people, although it was divided and occupied. Even after reunification in 1991 Germany retained its vassal status as part of the US empire. Nevertheless Chancellor Gerhard Schröder had the courage and moral strength to refuse German participation in the destruction and colonization of Iraq in 2003. However, it meant the end of his political career and he was replaced by Angela Merkel. If one were to lend credence to the persistent rumors, this massive heap of flesh masquerading as a woman was actually Hitler’s daughter. If she is, she certainly did not inherit his devotion to defend Germany against foreign threats. In 2015 it was “Das Merkel” who let in millions of those Third World asylum and fortune seekers.
Today, after a short intermezzo with a spineless ignoramus as chancellor (Olaf Scholz), a fresh one has been anointed to lead Germany. Friedrich Merz is a lawyer (what else?) with strong ties to German and American big business, including the predator outfit Blackrock. Merz also served as boss of Atlantik-Brücke, an organization set up to perpetuate and deepen Germany’s subservience to the US. Merz may be head of the new German federal government, but a leader he is not. First, because he has no spine and takes his orders from the US. Second, because of the climate of deceit, sordid wheeling and dealing and the bending of all sorts of written and unwritten rules surrounding is installation as chancellor, he cannot ever pretend he will act in the interest of his people and nation. It is also very symbolic that the new Chancellor was born on November 11 in 1955. That is the day on which in 1918, Germany surrendered to the US, England and France.
Since today, the Germans can no longer be regarded as a people, neither do they have a real nation, nor a true leader, the state called German Federal Republic abides by the supreme Globalist Trinity, which is the inversion of the one coined before the Second World War:
Kein Volk, kein Reich, kein Führer.

But it has now been established that H. did have a son, conceived, perhaps, in a sunny, flower-bedecked French meadow with a leetle Frensch gurrl during a pause in the Schlacht of WW I. The lad grew up to become a valiant fighter in the French Resistance.

Immigrants didn’t arrive in Germany out of nowhere – they were brought in through the actions and policies of native German politicians, bureaucrats, diplomats, security services, and immigration authorities. Therefore, it is misguided to place blame solely on the “11 million immigrants” for issues that originated from decisions made by Germans themselves.

Europe, not just Germany, is self destructing. White population replacement is the theme. Nothing the German government is doing will halt their relative to the rest of the world economic decline. Spending more on proxy war just buries Germany deeper. German reunification probably was a mistake, it led to Merz, Mr. mini-Hitler. At the least, divided Germany would have had one good half, unlikely to have had two Merzs at the same time.
Eighty years later the Americans are still there as well as every other place they’ve visited with their bombs. The lowbrow, mongrelized idiot culture, if one can call it that, has been exported worldwide like so much radioactive waste. Merkel had her own phone tapped by the Americans yet didn’t have the nerve to make an issue out of it to the smirking Obama. This tool Merz appears to be willing to take his country to the brink on behalf of the Americans just like the Ukrainian dictator fed his supposed countrymen into a meat grinder for them. Beware of Americans bearing gifts or their beloved bombs, once they’ve got a foot in they’ll never leave.
I thought that’ll of those young Syrian engineers and technologists would ‘revitalize’ the German economy and power high rates of economic growth.

Roman Catholics decried the French Revolution for this very thing–the French Revolution, led by Masons, destroyed the whole diverse fabric of France–again this doctrine of “unification”. France was split into provinces with their own distinctive culture and language and dialects–all destroyed by “la revolution”. Hitler even announced that his revolution was a carry-over of the French Revolution!!!
All of these revolutions was about destroying particularity and instituting a homogeneity which then further becomes the stepping stone for globalization.

Angela Merkel bears plenty blame for the influx of foreigners into Germany but it started way before her. By the 1960s Germany was cooking with its Wirtschaftswunder (economic miracle) and desperate for workers to fill the ranks of those lost in the war and in the American prison camps. Enter the Gastarbeiter. It so happens I was one of them, me a American middle-class kid just out of high school, hitching around Europe in the early ’60s and treated like a prince in Germany. So I decided to learn German and got a job in the shipping department of Süddeutsche Bremsen in Munich. They were surprised an American would want to be a Gastarbeiter but I was game for anything. Problem was, except for my boss, a local Fräulein, every co-worker was a Turk or Sicilian. Not a single German. So I quit and went the academic route with the Goethe Institut, where even the text book was geared in part for Turkish speakers. You could hear Muslim calls to prayer in German towns. I wonder how many of them returned to Turkey.

You are right, but overall the Turks have integrated quite well in Germany. They are muslims, yes, but generally they are not as zealous as, for instance, Afghans and Syrians. The latter hail from traumatized nations destroyed by long years of war, which tend to leave their mark on the population. Now the Turks seem to have massively voted for the AfD, which sent shock waves through the ranks of the ever so patronizing left-liberals in the establishment parties and the media.

The demographic disaster of a large, continuing influx of low quality human capital now unfolding in Germany, perpetrated by the stupid Germans themselves, is getting worse:

Germany gave citizenship to 250k people in 2024 (equivalent to a city the size of Chemnitz) — the largest group was Syrians — remember the civil war in Syria is over, and this was widely celebrated by Syrians in Germany, meaning they were happy about Assad’s ouster — so it would not be unreasonable to send the Syrians back to Syria.
The vast majority of these people are low quality human capital, a burden on the German Sozialsystem — and due to the reality of human biological differences, they always will be — so will their kids.
I’ll repeat a prediction I made back in 2022: fewer than 10% of the more than 1m Ukrainians who came to Germany in 2022, the vast majority still there today, living from Bürgergeld (welfare), will ever voluntarily return to Ukraine, regardless of what happens vis-a-vis a peace agreement — while Germany may offer incentives, as things are now they will never be forcibly deported — nor will any other European country forcibly deport them.
