A nit, or perhaps not:

Fauci knew perfectly well that the novel virus, having been manipulated in a laboratory to be extremely virulent, might be catastrophically dangerous.

We’re pretty sure it’s an escaped gain of function experiment, and that true mad scientist “research” is not in the least interested in manipulating viruses to be “extremely virulent,” as in cause more severe disease, but to take ones from animals in the wild or perhaps farms for avian flu and make them transmit, or transmit a lot better in mammals (bats are a special case).

We can see this with SARS-CoV-2, which is not very good at killing people, even the elderly, although much better at injuring and maiming them (morbidity). But it started out being suspiciously very transmissible between humans, compare to SARS-CoV(-1) and MERS-CoV which don’t transmit well, as I understand it that’s totally dominated by the occasional super-spreader, but when people get it are a lot more lethal.

So the gain of function research Fauci quickly discovered in early February of 2020 per the FOIA exposed emails that he’d funded was explicitly intended to create strains of viruses that would be particularly adept at creating worldwide pandemics, whatever the morbidity and mortality.

That’s vital to know, a zoonotic jump like original formula SARS in 2002 was frightening, for its mutations, especially early on to better adapt to people could have resulted in a much more transmissible while still highly lethal virus. Fortunately it died out, but MERS-CoV remains a concern because it has a camel reservoir. (See Alina Chan’s research on SARS, comparing it to SARS-CoV-2 which did not do a lot of mutations early on.)

Thus anything he said to downplay the dangers of it becoming a threat very soon the US were lies, but that’s not surprising to us now after he’s admitted to making so many lies throughout 2020, from masks to what it’s going to take to reach herd immunity to encourage people to get vaccinated. One also wonders if he was aware the combo of the inept CDC and malign FDA were preventing real surveillance in the US of COVID-19’s spread in that period. These two orgs managed to limit the total number of people tested through February to 4,000, then it took a while for commercial labs to be able to test in truly large quantities.

TL;DR we were intentionally flying blind until sometime in March 2020 about something that Fauci should have assumed as a worse case could have spread like wildfire. By which time it was too late to try anything but crude mitigations like lockdowns until we got vaccines, which he also assumed would take their normal long time to be developed and tested. Thank goodness for Trump pushing that and directing the creation of Operation Warp Speed (OWS); compare to India which just signed its first risk production contract with a vaccine company, that is for production of one that doesn’t yet have enough Phase III data for an emergency authorization.

This analysis I’ve just developed makes him doubly complicit in getting hundreds of thousands of Americans killed, and more of them maimed, and as I understand it his influence in the world as a whole was not small. But, hey, our ruling trash got rid of the turbulent BAD ORANGE MAN (although COVID-19 wasn’t enough, thus their switch to Plan B on election night when the Plan A level of cheat turned out not to be enough).

I would expect Fauci to know exactly where all gain of function research is being done because it’s so risky and he’s long been a big proponent of it. OK, another question, does he have any wet lab experience??

But it appears from the FOIA released emails it took him more than a month to ask the question, I assume from a culpability motivation, which as I note in my first comment should come second to the question of the characteristics of the virus, critical to know how to manage what might become a pandemic. Now, just because it was a gain of function experiment doesn’t mean it would have been a wildly successful one like SARS-CoV-2 has turned out to be.

Given how much the PRC/CCP lied about everything from the very beginning and was otherwise obdurately unhelpful, did not supply cultures, did not authorize released of the genome until its hand was forced etc., it took a while from the outside to get a picture of what was really happening, what was the potential for this new SARS type coronavirus. And no doubt normality bias played a role, SARS was and MERS is a problem, but not quite a crisis except where they hit hardest.

We have to take as speculative the US Deep State both having the competence to find out this sort of thing and being willing to tell others, for while I don’t believe Ron Unz’s thesis about this being an Western op, we can be sure large segments of the Deep State didn’t want to let this crisis go to waste. As detailed in the Vanity Fair article it was pretty effective in suppressing serious consideration of the lab leak hypothesis inside the Federal government, and I doubt any of us expect “Biden’s” 90 day Deep State review to come up with inconvenient facts unless they help some current narrative.

All of medicine falls into the arts category more than it does science. It’s called a medical practice, after all, not a medical perfect.

People go to multiple doctors for an ailment that seems hard to pin down. That’s because the medical establishment has a tiny fraction of actual knowledge about the human body with the majority being what is currently unknown. And yet, doctors are treated as minor gods by most people, although I’m not one of them.

All the opinions coming from the medical profession should be placed in context to what they actually can cure versus what they can’t. Heart disease, cancer, diabetes, etc, have treatments with side effects but little can be cured outright. The medical profession is largely a fraud because they take credit for what the human immune system actually accomplishes.

The current level of medical care available is better than nothing in most cases, but certainly not anything to write home about. Surgeons can mend or cut out parts and the immune system does the final repairs. They have a recognizable skill set. The average doctor is a notch above shaman.

Science isn’t just science but there’s always been a lot of fraudulence and corruption within it, or, put another way, a lot of corrupt and fraudulent people have worked in the field of science. Fauci is one of them. He’s been lionized as a guru, every word of his noted. So let’s see, he may have been funding the enhancement in a lab of the very virus that’s gone on to kill many people worldwide. Then he’s gone on to manage the PR about it. No conflict of interest there. Fauci is a fraud, always has been since he made a name for himself during the days of AIDS. I think it’s telling that Fauci went straight from his residency after med school graduation to the NIH, and very quickly moved into management, in six years became the head of that part of the NIH he’d joined, which was part of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). In just two more steps in just ten years he became head of the whole NIAID in 1984, a position in which he’s stayed for thirty-seven years!, which itself is almost always a very bad sign. Also somehow (is said) to be the most highly paid employee of the Federal government.

The question, though, is how rare is the FIOA process totally stiffed like with Hillary? I don’t think Fauci is a smidgen as “important” and connected as the co-head of the Clinton Crime family or the son of the designated next President, so perhaps he got a “normal” treatment which includes massive redactions of we don’t know what.
