Oh, the goal is nothing more than the complete repudiation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the restoration of Freedom of Association in America. Until then, it’s important to remember the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was designed specifically to punish individual White males collectively and enshrine into law disparate impact. But, until the act that usurped the US Constitution is repealed, it’s at least gratifying to know the Trump Administration believes civil rights protections codified into law should also protect White males. In his drive to purge diversity efforts in the federal government and beyond, President Donald Trump has expressed outright hostility to civil rights protections.
He ordered federal agencies to abandon some of the core tenets of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, on the basis that they represented a “pernicious” attempt to make decisions based on diversity rather than merit.
But in recent weeks, Trump has turned to those same measures — not to help groups that have historically been discriminated against, but to remedy what he sees as the disenfranchisement of white men.
The pattern fits into a broader trend in the administration, as Trump officials pick and choose which civil rights protections they want to enforce, and for whom. Across the government, agencies that have historically worked to fight discrimination against Black people, women and other groups have pivoted to investigating institutions accused of favoring them.
“The plain message that they are conveying is: If you even think about, talk about or claim to be in favor of diversity, of equity, of inclusion, of accessibility, you will be targeted,” said Maya Wiley, president and CEO of the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights.
“They’re conveying that white men are the most discriminated against people in American society,” she added, “and therefore entitled to affirmative action.”
The White House has defended its actions as part of an effort to put merit ahead of diversity.
“The Trump administration is dedicated to advancing equality, combating discrimination and promoting merit-based decisions, upholding the rule of law as outlined in the U.S. Constitution,” said Harrison Fields, a White House spokesperson.
During his campaign for president, Trump expressed concern about what he called “a definite anti-white feeling in this country.” Now in his second term, he has made quick work of addressing it. He has made a major push to root out programs that promote diversity, which he has suggested lead to the hiring of incompetent people.
In recent weeks, agencies have launched investigations that signal the administration’s shift in civil rights enforcement.
Last Monday, the administration said it had opened a civil rights investigation into the city of Chicago to see if its mayor or others had engaged in a pattern of discrimination by hiring a number of Black people to senior positions.
Just before the terrorist John Brown, one of the original DEI advocates, was hanged in 1859, he wrote down some final words. They read, “I am now quite certain that the crimes of this guilty land can never be purged away but with blood.”
He was wrong. Those purported crimes in this guilty land were attempted to be purged away by passing the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which birthed affirmative action and equity/equality mandates that denied legal protections to White males for decades. A “definite anti-white feeling in this country,” as President Trump noted has been present for a long, long time.
Fitting that as we draw nearer to the moment it is overturned, Civil Rights laws are actually being interpreted as they should have been all along: to protect all Americans from discrimination, even those White males the terrorist John Brown thought needed to be purged with blood.

Just saw a statistic that a third of Austrian children in school are non-native German speakers. In Vienna, the capital city, it’s even worse – 3/4 of students are foreigners!
There were over 500,000 criminal cases in Austria last year, almost half of them were committed by foreigners… here’s the kicker – of the other half that were “citizens” includes naturalized foreign born suspects… meaning the real number of crimes by foreigners is closer to 90-95%!
It would seem that the most famous Austrian of all time is proven more correct by every passing year. Imagine our WW2 servicemen seeing what’s become of their sacrifices. In less than a 100 years, Austria has went from the Sound of Music to the shriek of the adhan…

2 injured in shooting at Mariucci Arena; suspect in custody
A shooting at Mariucci Arena on Friday night has left two people injured and a suspect in custody.
The University of Minnesota Police Department (UMPD) said that at around 8:20 p.m., a shooting occurred outside Mariucci Arena following a graduation ceremony for Wayzata High School.
Police responded to the scene, and paramedics brought two victims to the hospital — their condition is unknown at this time.
Law enforcement added that a suspect was taken into custody and there is no ongoing threat to the area.

How much blackmail was used to pass the Civil Rights Act? The segregationists, who were mocked and derided, have been proven right on all counts. We would have been vacationing on the moon if we’d continued to pursue excellence instead of getting down in the mud. Real shame.

BALTIMORE — Two 15-year-old males were arrested Friday in connection with a carjacking and armed robbery in Northeast Baltimore, according to the Baltimore Police Department.
Officers responded around 5 p.m. to the 4100 block of Biddison Lane, where a 28-year-old man reported that two unidentified suspects had carjacked him and taken his SUV. Shortly after, another call reported an armed robbery in the 3700 block of Ridgecroft Road. In that incident, a 15-year-old victim had his watch and jacket stolen.
Police later located the carjacked SUV with significant damage in the 4100 block of Chesterfield Avenue. Witnesses told investigators that the vehicle had crashed and that two individuals fled the scene on foot.
Officers canvassed the area and located the two juvenile suspects. A BB gun was recovered during the arrest.
One suspect charged as adult in carjacking case
Both teens were taken to an area hospital for medical treatment. Upon discharge, one suspect was charged as an adult and transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility. The second suspect was sent to the Juvenile Justice Center and remains in custody.
Police have not released the identities of the suspects due to age restrictions, and the investigation remains active.
The carjacking and robbery incidents occurred within close proximity and timeframe, prompting a coordinated police response.

Man raped and robbed on NYC subway train

NEW YORK, NY — A man is being sought by police following a reported sexual assault and attempted robbery aboard a Manhattan subway train early Saturday morning, according to the New York City Police Department.
At approximately 4:15 a.m., an unidentified man allegedly made sexual remarks and demanded money from a 27-year-old male passenger while both were aboard a northbound 1 train, police said. As the train neared the Christopher Street station in the West Village, the suspect reportedly forced the victim to perform a lewd act.
The suspect fled on foot after the train arrived at the Christopher Street station. His whereabouts remain unknown.

The victim was transported by emergency medical services to Northwell Greenwich Village Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
Police described the individual as a male with a medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt, dark blue sweatpants, and white and blue sneakers.
No arrests have been made as of Monday morning.
